'Pluritherian' is the term used for a therianthrope who identifies as two or more animals from the same genus, but not all animals in the genus.

This term is similar to genutherianthropy, another sub-category of therianthropy where a therian identifies as a whole genus of animals. Pluritherians differs from this due to not identifying as every non-human animal in a genus.

An example would be if a therian were to identify as both an arctic fox (Vulpes lagopus) and a red fox (Vulpes vulpes), but not any other species of fox.
