I added All Pages to the top navigation. I hope this helps people get to the main list easier. On mobile, I've noticed that it's hard to see the search bar, and I don't think people realize that's an option. The "100" is a link to all of the pages from the Welcome page, but I don't think people realize that either. Anyway, hope that helps. Updates and edits still happen, just slowly.
